- 1 kg (2 pounds) chicken wings
- 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 medium white onion, sliced
- 60ml (¼ cup) white wine
- 120ml (½ cup) chicken stock
- 30ml (2 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper

Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken wings, tips removed, and wings cut into flats and drumettes
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup hot sauce (such as Frank's RedHot)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (218°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix together the baking powder, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels and place them in a large bowl. Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the wings and toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- Arrange the wings on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, with the skin side up.
- Bake the wings for 45-50 minutes or until they are crispy and golden brown.
- While the wings are baking, mix together the melted butter and hot sauce in a large bowl.
