Meat bruschetta
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ciabatta bread
- 250g (around 1 ½ cups) shredded salami
- 2 eggs
- 40 g (2 tbsp) stracchino
- 150 g (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded
METHOD
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Cut the ciabatta BREAD in half lengthwise.
3. In a bowl mix shredded salami with cream cheese and eggs.
4. Spread salami filling on top of the bread and sprinkle with mozzarella.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
