Meat bruschetta


  • 1 ciabatta bread
  • 250g (around 1 ½ cups) shredded salami
  • 2 eggs
  • 40 g (2 tbsp) stracchino
  • 150 g (1 cup) mozzarella, shredded


1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
2. Cut the ciabatta BREAD in half lengthwise.
3. In a bowl mix shredded salami with cream cheese and eggs.
4. Spread salami filling on top of the bread and sprinkle with mozzarella.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.
