For Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- Salt to taste
For Garnish:
- 2 tablespoons chopped spring onions (scallions)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green chilies (optional)
- Lime wedges for serving
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crispy fried noodles, shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped bell peppers, spring onions, fresh coriander leaves, chopped peanuts (if using), and toasted sesame seeds (if using). Mix well and set aside.
- In a separate small bowl, prepare the sauce by combining tomato ketchup, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, honey or brown sugar, ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Mix well to make a smooth sauce.
