Yogurt Pudding
Yogurt pudding is a versatile dessert that can be customized to suit your taste preferences. Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain yogurt

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined. Set aside.

- Place the saucepan over medium heat and cook the mixture, stirring constantly, until it thickens and comes to a gentle boil. This should take about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool slightly for a few minutes.
- Gradually pour the milk mixture into the bowl with the yogurt mixture, stirring continuously until well combined and smooth.
- Divide the yogurt pudding mixture into individual serving dishes or glasses.
- Cover the dishes with plastic wrap or lids and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until the pudding sets and becomes firm.
- Once the yogurt pudding is chilled and set, you can top it with your preferred toppings, such as fresh fruits, nuts, granola, or a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
