Egg white pizzas

INGREDIENTS

  • 90g egg white
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • Salt
  • Tomato sauce
  • Light mozzarella cheese
  • Oregano

METHOD

1. Beat the whites in a bowl. Add flour and mix.

2. Pour into a baking tray forming 6 mounds. Flatten a bit.

3. Bake for 10 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

4. Add tomato sauce and a piece of cheese to each slice.

5. Bake for 10 minutes more at 180ºC (356ºF).

6. Sprinkle with oregano.
