Sausage pastries
INGREDIENTS
- 6 sausages, casing removed
- 6 slices of bacon, cut into thirds
- 1 roll puff pastry
- Egg wash, sesame seeds for serving
METHOD
1. Cut each sausage into thirds and wrap each piece in bacon.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 18 5x5cm squares.
3. Place wrapped sausage on top of the pastry diagonally, and pinch both edges of the pastry together.
4. Brush sausages with egg wash and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
5. Bake at 190°C/374°F for 25 minutes.
