  • Puff pastry
  • Ricotta
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Walnuts
  • Lettuce
  • Beaten egg


1. Cut a rectangle of puff pastry into strips.

2. Wraps cone molds with the puff pastry strips.

3. Coat each cone with egg and bake for 15 minutes at 190°C (374°F).

4. Mix ricotta, Parmesan cheese, walnuts, and salt.

5. Fill them with the mixture and decorate them with a lettuce leaf.
