Orange jellies


  • 450ml cranberry juice
  • 70ml water
  • 3 tbsp gelatin
  • 65g sugar
  • Oranges


1. Pour water into the gelatin, mix, and let solidify.

2. Pour the juice into a pot, add sugar, and bring to a boil.

3. Add the gelatin and wait for it to boil.

4. Cut an orange in two and remove all the pulp, leaving the peel intact.

5. Pour the liquid into each orange half-peel and wait for it to set.

6. Cut into slices.
