Easy Soy Garlic Tofu Steak

Hey Foodies! These tofu steaks are super saucy and flavorful. Crispy from the outside, and soft from the inside. In addition, fragrant garlic sauce with a hint of spice takes this beautiful dish to the next level. Happy cooking!

Ingredients:

  • 400g korean silken tofu (pressed, freezed and thawed for three cycles)

Air fry at 180°C for 8-10 minutes, add the sauce and airfry for another 5 minutes.

Soy Garlic Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp chili bean paste
  • 2 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • black pepper
  • serve with multi grain rice, garnish with fried onions and parsley.
