Cream cannoli


  • 600g of puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 70g of vanilla pudding
  • 360ml (1 2/5 cups) of milk
  • 60g (1/4 cup) of sugar
  • 160ml (3/5 cup) of whipping cream
  • Hazelnut grains


1. Roll out puff pastry, and cut it into strips.

2. Twist it around the spoons and transfer to the baking pan, spread with egg, and bake at 180°C (360°F) for 20 minutes.

3. In the pan add vanilla pudding, sugar, and milk. Cook on low heat until thick, once cool enough mix with whipped cream.

4. Fill baked cannolis with prepared cream.

5. Sprinkle with hazelnut grains.
