- 2 Potatoes
- Peel the Skin
- Cut Into thin Slices
- Wash Well
- ½ Cup Gram Flour
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
- ½ Tspn Coriander Powder
- ½ Tspn Salt
- ½ Tspn Cumin Seeds
- 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
- 2 Tbsp Onion
- 1 Green Chilli
- 2 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/3 Cup Water
Mix Well
Make Smooth Batter
Dip the Potato in Gram Flour Mixture
Fry in Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 5-7 Min.
