Chocolate salame cake
INGREDIENTS
Digestive cookies
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 250g (1 ½ cups) chocolate chips
- 300g (1 cup) condensed milk
- Butter
PREPARAZIONE
1. Pour chocolate chips into a pot, and add condensed milk and butter. Mix until melted.
2. Break several cookies, add cocoa powder, and mix.
3. Add the cookie mixture to the chocolate mixture. Mix very well.
4. Pour into a rectangular tray and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Remove from the mold, sprinkle with cocoa, and cut into slices.
