Ingredients:

  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion
  • 2 tablespoons minced celery
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Bread of your choice
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, flake the tuna with a fork.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, minced onion, minced celery, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the tuna, and mix well.
  3. Toast the bread slices, if desired.
  4. Spread the tuna mixture onto the bread slices.
  5. Add lettuce leaves, if desired, and top with another slice of bread.
