Brownie Cookies

Brownie cookies are a rich and decadent treat that combines the best of both worlds: crispy cookies and fudgy brownies. Here's a simple recipe you can try:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  7. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  8. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, drop the dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  9. Bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers are slightly soft.
  10. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Enjoy the delicious and chocolatey Brownie Cookies! You can also experiment with the recipe by adding nuts, white chocolate chips, or other mix-ins to create your own unique flavor combinations.
