Magic Curry Cubes - Make 20+ curry in 2 Mins

Magic Curry Cubes are a convenient and flavorful way to add a burst of curry flavor to any dish. Here's a recipe to make them at home:

  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all of the spices (curry powder, garam masala, ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt) and mix until well combined.
  2. Add the melted coconut oil to the bowl and stir until the spices are evenly coated in the oil.
  3. Spoon the mixture into an ice cube tray, filling each cube about 3/4 full.
  4. Freeze the curry cubes for at least 2 hours, or until they are completely solid.
  5. Once the cubes are frozen, remove them from the ice cube tray and store them in an airtight container or plastic bag in the freezer until ready to use.
  6. When you're ready to use the curry cubes, simply drop one or two cubes (depending on how much flavor you want) into your curry or other dish while cooking.
