Ingredients

  • Sriracha Mayo
  • 4-5 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups steamed jasmine rice (sushi rice preferred)
  • 6 jumbo shrimp (U10 size at minimum)
  • 1 tsp papirka
  • 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
