Ingredients
- Sriracha Mayo
- 4-5 tbsp sriracha
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3/4 cup canola oil
- 2 cups steamed jasmine rice (sushi rice preferred)
- 6 jumbo shrimp (U10 size at minimum)
- 1 tsp papirka
- 1 tsp Aleppo pepper
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove
