Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, and white sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the milk, egg, and melted butter to the bowl and whisk again until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
