Ingredients:
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
- Add the onion, garlic, and mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
- Pour the chicken broth and heavy cream into the skillet and stir to combine.
