Ingredients:
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2/3 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add the warm water, olive oil, and beaten eggs to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10-12 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
