Ingredients:

  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2/3 cup warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warm water, olive oil, and beaten eggs to the bowl and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 10-12 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it has doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
