  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced carrots to the skillet and toss to coat with the butter.
  3. Add the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the skillet and stir to combine with the carrots.
