Coconut Pineapple Jello Cake is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of coconut, pineapple, and Jello. Here's a recipe you can follow to make your own Coconut Pineapple Jello Cake:
Ingredients:
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 can of crushed pineapple
- 1 package of coconut Jello
- 1 cup of boiling water
- 1/2 cup of cold water
- 1 tub of whipped topping
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box and pour it into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Drain the can of crushed pineapple and spread it evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
- Dissolve the package of coconut Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir until well combined.
- Use a fork or toothpick to poke holes all over the cake.
- Pour the Jello mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.
- Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or until the Jello has set.
- Once the Jello has set, spread whipped topping over the top of the cake.
- Garnish with shredded coconut and sliced pineapple (optional).
- Slice and serve chilled.
