Coconut Pineapple Jello Cake is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of coconut, pineapple, and Jello. Here's a recipe you can follow to make your own Coconut Pineapple Jello Cake:

Ingredients:

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 1 can of crushed pineapple
  • 1 package of coconut Jello
  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1/2 cup of cold water
  • 1 tub of whipped topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the cake mix according to the instructions on the box and pour it into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Drain the can of crushed pineapple and spread it evenly over the cake mix.
  4. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 15 minutes.
  6. Dissolve the package of coconut Jello in 1 cup of boiling water. Add 1/2 cup of cold water and stir until well combined.
  7. Use a fork or toothpick to poke holes all over the cake.
  8. Pour the Jello mixture over the cake, making sure it seeps into the holes.
  9. Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or until the Jello has set.
  10. Once the Jello has set, spread whipped topping over the top of the cake.
  11. Garnish with shredded coconut and sliced pineapple (optional).
