- ½ cup cornstarch
- ½ cup cane sugar, plus more for sprinkling
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup coconut milk
- ¼-½ cup water
- ½ cup grated coconut or rehydrated shredded coconut (optional)
- 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
Fried Bananas:
- 10-15 Thai bananas
- 2 cups vegetable oil
