Ingredients

Batter:

  • 3/4 cup rice flour
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • ½ cup cane sugar, plus more for sprinkling
  • 1½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ¼-½ cup water
  • ½ cup grated coconut or rehydrated shredded coconut (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp black sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

Fried Bananas:

  • 10-15 Thai bananas
  • 2 cups vegetable oil
