Chocolate Candles


  • 20g (1 Β½ tbsp) softened butter
  • 120g (1 ΒΌ cups) cookies, crumbled
  • 100g (β…“ cup) condensed milk
  • 100g (2 cups) chocolate cereals
  • 15g (1 tbsp) cocoa powder

Dried apricots and mascarpone cream for serving


1. In a large bowl combine together crumbled cookies with condensed milk, butter, and cocoa. Mix well, wrap in plastic, and chill for 20 minutes.

2. Cut chilled dough into quarters, flatten it, and wrap each flat piece around a plastic-covered mold (like a glass, muffin tin cup, etc.) forming a cup.

3. Decorate each cup with cornflakes as shown in the video. chill for 20 minutes more.

4. Fill each candle with cream and make a flame out of dried apricot.
