Ingredients:
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 12 slices of bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (205°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each Brussels sprout half with a slice of bacon, securing it with a toothpick.
