Dry Out The Water
- ¼ Cup Maida / Plain Flour
- ¼ Cup Besan / Gram Flour
- ½ Tspn Chilli Powder
- ¼ Tspn Turmeric Powder
- ¼ Tspn Coriander
- ½ Tspn Salt
- 1 Tspn Ginger Garlic Paste
- ½ Cup Water ( As Required)
- 1 Tbsp Coriander Leaves
- 1/8 Tspn Baking Soda
Mix Well
Dip The Potato Slices
Fry In Medium Heated Oil
Fry For 7-8 Min.
