- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cup warm milk
Instructions:

- Add the bread flour and instant yeast to the bowl. Mix until the ingredients are well combined.
- Add the warm water and warm milk to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together in a ball.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5-7 minutes, until it is smooth and elastic.

- Punch down the dough and shape it into a loaf. Place the loaf in a greased bread pan.
- Bake the bread for 35-40 minutes, or until it is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
- Remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before removing it from the pan and placing it on a wire rack to cool completely.
- Slice the bread and serve it as desired.
