Cabbage lasagna


  • 900g of Cabbage
  • Bechamel
  • Parmesan
  • 180g of Cooked ham
  • 160g of Cheese
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Pepper
  • Extra virgin olive oil


1. Remove the leaves from the cabbage and transfer them to the boiling water. Boil for 15 minutes and then remove them from the water.

2. Start arranging the blanched cabbage leaves on the baking tray as a first layer. Cover it with bechamel, sprinkle the parmesan, and arrange the cooked ham and cheese.

3. Repeat the process one more time and cover with the last layer of cabbage. Sprinkle parmesan and breadcrumbs and pour a drizzle of olive oil.

4. Transfer the lasagne to the oven and bake at 180°C/360°F for 25 minutes. Let it cool after baking.

5. Cut the lasagne into slices and serve.
