- 2 eggs, at room temperature

- Pearl sugar, for topping
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the warm milk, melted butter, and eggs.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix with a wooden spoon until a sticky dough forms.
- Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes, until the dough is smooth and elastic.
- Transfer the dough to a lightly greased bowl, cover with a clean dish towel, and let rise in a warm, draft-free place for 1-2 hours or until the dough has doubled in size.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
