Enjoy these succulent BBQ Ribs with their smoky flavor, tender meat, and sticky sauce. They are perfect for backyard barbecues, gatherings, or anytime you're craving a hearty and finger-licking meal. Here's a recipe for delicious BBQ Ribs:

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of baby back ribs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for added heat)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back of the racks. This can be done by loosening one corner with a knife and then peeling it off with a paper towel for better grip.
  3. Season the ribs generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. In a small bowl, combine the paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well to make the dry rub.
  5. Rub the dry rub mixture evenly over the ribs, massaging it into the meat to ensure full coverage.
  6. Wrap each rack of ribs tightly in aluminum foil, creating a sealed pouch.
  7. Place the foil-wrapped ribs on the grill or in the oven and cook for approximately 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the meat is tender and starts to pull away from the bones.
  8. While the ribs are cooking, prepare the BBQ sauce. In a saucepan, combine the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Heat the mixture over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved and the sauce is well combined. Set aside.
  9. Once the ribs are tender, carefully remove them from the foil pouches and place them directly on the grill or under the broiler.
  10. Brush the ribs generously with the prepared BBQ sauce on both sides. Reserve some sauce for serving.
  11. Grill or broil the ribs for about 5-10 minutes per side, or until they are nicely caramelized and slightly charred. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
  12. Remove the ribs from the heat and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
  13. Slice the ribs between the bones and serve them hot with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
