INGREDIENTS
- 100g flour
- 200ml milk
- 60g cooked beetroot
- 1 egg
METHOD
1. Pour the milk into the blender, and add the flour, an egg, and beetroot. Blend.
1. Pour the mixture into a pan and make crepes.
