INGREDIENTS

  • 100g flour
  • 200ml milk
  • 60g cooked beetroot
  • 1 egg

METHOD

1. Pour the milk into the blender, and add the flour, an egg, and beetroot. Blend.

1. Pour the mixture into a pan and make crepes.
