Being creative with leftovers is one of my passion and this recipe speaks to that majorly. If you do it just right, sometimes you can end up with a whole new recipe that becomes a part of your weekly meal plan and other times it'll be a one-off special just for that day. Either way you look at it, leftovers can be a great way to inspire a new dish all the while cleaning out the fridge and making good use of it. Ingredients:
- 7-8oz braised chuck roast
- 1 while onion, sliced
- 2 tbsp malt vinegar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley or chervil
- salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp mayo
- Sesame Brioche Bun
- Sliced Swiss cheese
