Ingredients:
- 4 cups cubed bread (day-old bread works best)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, dried parsley, and dried thyme.
- Place the cubed bread in a large bowl.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the bread cubes and toss to coat evenly.
- Spread the bread cubes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
