Ingredients:

  • 1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the broccoli florets and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until tender-crisp. Remove the broccoli from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque.
  4. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
  5. Add the garlic to the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant.
  6. Add the butter, chicken broth, and white wine (if using) to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
