Ingredients:

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the glutinous rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Add the water, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients and mix until the batter is smooth.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium heat.
