Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tsp orange zest
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Additional almond flour or shredded coconut for coating (optional)
Instructions:
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, protein powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough.
