Ingredients
- 120ml (1/2 cup) of milk (lukewarm)
- 30g (2 tbsp) of sugar
- 3g of dry yeast
- 30g of eggs
- 220g (1 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 20g (1 1/2 tbsp) of butter
For the top part:
- 50g (1/4 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of black sesame seeds
- 50ml (1/4 cup) of water
- Egg for brushing
- Hazelnut cream
