Marbled Cheesecake

This marbled cheesecake is the best of both worlds with its vanilla and chocolate cheesecake filling! It's creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious!!

Marbled cheesecake is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of vanilla and chocolate in a creamy, rich filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
  6. Remove 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture and set it aside.
  7. Add the melted chocolate to the remaining cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
  8. Spoon the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  9. Drop spoonfuls of the reserved plain cream cheese mixture over the chocolate mixture.
  10. Use a knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.
  11. Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
  12. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
  13. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
