Marbled Cheesecake
This marbled cheesecake is the best of both worlds with its vanilla and chocolate cheesecake filling! It's creamy, rich, and absolutely delicious!!
Marbled cheesecake is a delicious dessert that combines the flavors of vanilla and chocolate in a creamy, rich filling.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces semisweet chocolate chips, melted
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat in the sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Remove 1 cup of the cream cheese mixture and set it aside.
- Add the melted chocolate to the remaining cream cheese mixture and beat until well combined.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture over the graham cracker crust.
- Drop spoonfuls of the reserved plain cream cheese mixture over the chocolate mixture.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the two mixtures together, creating a marbled effect.
- Bake the cheesecake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set.
- Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature.
- Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
