Ingredients:

  • 4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

For the topping:

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
