Ingredients:
- 2 cups onion flowers (cleaned and petals separated)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions for garnishing
Instructions:
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the hot oil. Stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant, being careful not to burn them.
