Egg Toast In The Air Fryer
Making egg toast in the air fryer is a quick and convenient way to prepare a delicious and crispy breakfast or snack. Here's a simple recipe to guide you:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for a few minutes.
- Lightly grease the air fryer basket or tray with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- Using a cookie cutter or a cup, cut a hole in the center of each bread slice. Set aside the bread slices and the cut-out circles.
- Place the bread slices in the air fryer basket or on the tray, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Crack an egg into a small bowl or cup, making sure to keep the yolk intact. Carefully pour the egg into the hole in one of the bread slices. Repeat with the other egg and bread slice.

- Insert the air fryer basket or tray into the preheated air fryer.

- Carefully remove the egg toast and toasted bread circles from the air fryer.
