Honey Garlic Baked Chicken Drumsticks
I love a good chicken dinner and this honey garlic baked chicken drumsticks recipe is so so good! The chicken is marinated and baked in a flavorful honey garlic sauce. This is one of my favorite easy chicken meals.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 to 4 lbs chicken drumsticks ( i used 11 pieces)
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 medium onion
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 5 big cloves garlic
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 3 Tbs soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1 Tbs dijon mustard
- 2 Tbs white wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
