Strawberry No-bake Cake


  • 340g (3 cups) of chopped biscuits
  • 320g (2 cups) of chopped strawberries
  • 60g (½ cup) of powdered sugar
  • 360ml (1 ½ cups) of strawberry yogurt
  • 220ml (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) of full-fat sweetened cream
  • Fresh berries for decoration


1. In a large bowl mix chopped biscuits with berries, sugar, and yogurt. Press into a 20 cm round baking pan. Chill the base for 2 hours.

2. Whisk full-fat cream until stiff peaks form and spread over the base forming an even layer. Chill for another hour and decorate with fresh berries before serving.
