Cherry Tomato Tarte Tatin

INGREDIENTS

  • 260g of cherry tomatoes
  • 1 roll of puff pastry
  • 80g (6 tbsp) of sugar
  • Mozzarella
  • Basil

METHOD

1. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and set aside.

2. On the cutting board unroll the puff pastry and make the circles with the circle mold.

3. On the baking tray covered with parchment paper obtain the 6 circles of the sugar. Add the cherry tomatoes on top (about 7 half each circle) and close with the circle of the puff pastry.

4. Pierce the tarts with the knife and transfer them to the oven. Bake at 190°C/374°F for 20 minutes.

5. Decorate with mozzarella and basil and serve.
