Upside Down Peach Tarts

INGREDIENTS

  • Puff pastry
  • Honey
  • Peach
  • Beaten egg
  • Powdered sugar

METHOD

1. Pour a little honey on a baking tray, spread with a spoon, and place peach slices in a row.

2. Place a piece of puff pastry on top, and press down the edges with your fingers. Brush the top with milk.

3. Bake for 16 minutes at 180°C (356°F).

4. Turn over and sprinkle with powdered sugar to serve.
