Strawberry roll

INGREDIENTS

  • 210g strawberries
  • Puff pastry
  • Milk
  • Sugar

METHOD

1. Cut strawberries into pieces, roll out the dough, put strawberries onto it, and wrap them.

2. Cut the strawberry roll into slices and transfer to the baking pan.

3. Spread with milk and sprinkle with sugar.

4. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
