Ingredients
- 120g (3/4 cup) of raisins
- 60g (4 tbsp) of orange (juice)
- 4g (1 tsp) of rum
- 450g (3 3/4 cups) of all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of allspice
- 2/4 tsp of nutmeg
- 1 tsp of salt
- 60g (2/4 cup) of sugar
- 60g (2/4 cup) of light brown sugar
- 7g of dry yeast
- 130g (1/2 cup) of sour cream
- 130ml (1/2 cup) of milk
- Vanilla extract
- 90g (6 tbsp) of butter
- 1 orange (zest)
- 1 beaten egg
For the cross:
- 50g (2/3 cup) of all-purpose flour
- 70ml (2/4 cup) of water
- For brushing:
- Egg + milk
For the glaze:
- 1 tbsp of apricot jam
- Vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp of water
