- 60ml (¼ cup) warm water;
- 8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar;
- 1 egg;
- 30g (2 tbsp) sugar;
- 5g (1 tsp) salt;
- 100ml (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp) warm milk;
- 50g (¼ cup) soft butter;
- 500ml (2 cups) pastry cream;
- Egg wash;
- Powdered sugar.
