Butter Masala Chicken Kofta

Chicken Kofta Ingredients -

For Spice Mix:

  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom & Cloves (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
  • 1 tsp Homemade Meat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

For Curd Mix:

  • ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
  • 3 tbsp Curd
  • 4 cubes of Butter

For Butter Gravy (base):

  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 2 Bay Leaves
  • 2 Green Cardamom Pods
  • 3 Cloves
  • ½ cup Onion (sliced)
  • 7 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
  • 2 Green Chillies (sliced)
  • 1 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli (deseeded)
  • 18 pcs Cashew Nuts (broken)
  • ½ cup Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Deggi Chilli Powder
  • Salt (as required)
  • Water (as required)
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Kewra Water

For Chicken Kofta:

  • 250 gms Chicken Mince
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  • Salt (as required)
  • 2 tbsp Chickpea Flour (roasted)
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs

For Gravy Preparation:

  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • ½ cup Onion (chopped)
  • ¼ cup Tomato (chopped)
  • ½ tsp Deggi Chilli Powder
  • Water (as required)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
  • ½ cup Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)

For Shallow-Fry Kofta:

  • 2 tsp Oil

For Garnish:

  • 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Fresh Cream
  • Dried Fenugreek Leaves
