Butter Masala Chicken Kofta
Chicken Kofta Ingredients -
For Spice Mix:
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¼ tsp Cardamom & Cloves (crushed)
- 1 tsp Garlic (chopped)
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- ¼ tsp Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Kitchen King Masala
- 1 tsp Homemade Meat Masala
- 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
For Curd Mix:
- ½ tsp Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Seeds Powder
- 3 tbsp Curd
- 4 cubes of Butter
For Butter Gravy (base):
- 3 tbsp Ghee
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Green Cardamom Pods
- 3 Cloves
- ½ cup Onion (sliced)
- 7 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (sliced)
- 2 Green Chillies (sliced)
- 1 Dry Kashmiri Red Chilli (deseeded)
- 18 pcs Cashew Nuts (broken)
- ½ cup Tomato (chopped)
- 1 tsp Deggi Chilli Powder
- Salt (as required)
- Water (as required)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Kewra Water
For Chicken Kofta:
- 250 gms Chicken Mince
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- Salt (as required)
- 2 tbsp Chickpea Flour (roasted)
- 2 tsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Bread Crumbs
For Gravy Preparation:
- 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
- ½ cup Onion (chopped)
- ¼ cup Tomato (chopped)
- ½ tsp Deggi Chilli Powder
- Water (as required)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Cream
- ½ cup Dried Fenugreek Leaves (crushed)
For Shallow-Fry Kofta:
- 2 tsp Oil
For Garnish:
- 1 tsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- Fresh Cream
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves
