Egg Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 7 eggs
  • Spray oil
  • Water
  • Slice of bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Spring onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Mustard
  • Parsley
  • Lettuce

METHOD

1. Place a cookie sheet in the air fryer.

2. Grease a bowl and pour in the eggs.

3. Fill the bottom tray of the bowl with water.

4. Cook for 8 minutes at 180°C/356°F.

5. Cut the boiled egg very finely, and mix it with mayonnaise, spring onion, salt, pepper, mustard, and parsley.

6. Spread the mixture on slices of bread and add lettuce.
