- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 ripe avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

Instructions:
- In a shallow bowl, mix together the flour, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each shrimp into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off, and then coat them in the flour mixture. Ensure that each shrimp is thoroughly coated.
- In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
